3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@qyivo.shop to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping address and any further instructions.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
- If your order is eligible for a refund and you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process first and place a new order for the replacement. We do not process direct exchanges but will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item.
